Bootcamp FAQ
What if I miss a class? Can I make it up?
Though we know things come up beyond your
control. If you miss a class you will not be able to make it up.
Can I come to try the class without joining for
the 6 weeks?
No, the class is designed for those who are
committed to reaching their fitness goals.
What makes us
different?
We
incorporate resistance training, cardiovascular exercises and drills that will target
every muscle group and we dont spend 90 percent of class time running. We use the
tools necessary to get results. We keep it challenging and fun. This is class is also year
round.
What about the
weather?
Our classes are developed for outdoor training
however; we will from time to time do portions of the class indoors. In the event of inclement weather we will hold the
class inside.
What is the class format for boot camp?
The format will vary but always include some or
all of the following: strength, functional and core training and flexibility. No routines here just a variety of exercises that
will challenge you to reach your goals and elevate your fitness level.
What do I need to bring to boot camp?
A towel, water bottle, and a
can do attitude.
How soon will I see results?
Physical performance improvements can take
place in as little as 7 days. Visual improvement can take from two to four weeks depending
on your effort level and consistency. Weight loss can typically begin after the first
week. Results will vary person to person, keeping in mind that everyone is different
What types of people and age groups take boot
camp classes?
The beginner to the elite exerciser takes boot
camp. Some who need to jumpstart their
program, those that are tired of the same daily grind and the beginner who wants to begin
an exercise program. You dont have to have a history of exercise to join. We welcome and encourage ALL ages and fitness
levels.
Do
I need to be in shape before starting this program?
NO. From the beginner to elite exerciser anyone can benefit from this program and
designed to benefit all levels of fitness.
When
you say challenging what do you mean?
Boot camp is designed
for all levels to participate but also to challenge yourself to move beyond your comfort
zone
Do I need to wear a heart rate monitor?
You can wear a heart rate monitor if you choose
to however, it is not a requirement.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds are given. We will give you a credit towards future camp dates
if you are unable to continue due to circumstances beyond your control. Credit is
non-transferable and cannot be used towards private training. There will be no cash refunds given.
Are there shower facilities, or a place where
I can get ready for work?
Yes. Showers
and space is limited
What do I do after
bootcamp is over? Can I sign up
again after the 6 weeks?
